the staff was very nice, and my check in and check out was fast and efficient
PAUL MWhen I picked up the truck there was trash in the cab, which I removed. The back of the truck had dirt and snails in it, which I removed. I completely cleaned out the truck using a leaf blower. Parked it exactly where I removed it from. I put the sunshade back in the window. It had 1/4 tank of gas when I rented it and when I returned it, the gauge was right on the 1/4 tank line. Yet I was charged $50.70 because he said the gauge was “under the line”. I disputed the charge for gas with uhaul corporate. But no I would not recommend this location. I only used it because it was the only location nearby that was open on a Sunday. The $29.99 truck rental ended up costing me $270! Yes $150 of that was mileage, but still?!?
Jina Linitially i was supposed to pickup at another location, and the day before someone called me to tell me that i had to route my pickup to this location instead. my equipment was not assigned to my reservation, and i had to call a hotline for assistance since this location was closed on sunday’s. i would not recommend pickup outside of regular hours, especially if you don’t have time to troubleshoot via telephone.
