The dolly was missing. The online check in through app did not work (not location specific but horrible experience with U-Haul)
DYALLA PLost 1 hour during my move day because a previous location had the van "stolen" and I find the false advertisement ridiculous (starting at $19 suure). Will not be using U-Haul again or recommending it to anyone else.
ANTONY CFast check in, and easy to rent. No extra charge for gas if you return it in same level. Almost new cargovan.
