This location is not well organized, They did not prepare the cargo van for the time set in the Uhail app 9:30am). When the employee showed up to open the shop at 10am he said he has to finish some private business first and later opened with almost 10 mins delay. He did not accept the fault blaming the App for the mistake, even though it was clear that the key of the Van was in the return box. So obviously the equipment (Van) was not ready. This location has no washrooms. For people waiting for 40 mins thats an issue.
