I see you try your best to satisfy your customers. But I was a little surprised to see the van I rented without the U-Haul logo. Also in the back, it wasn't very clean and there was a few dusty blankets on the floor. But overall I realize it's just a moving so it's not a complaint, just a sincere comment.

I was pretty sure that I did not avail the damage waiver. I worked at a car rental company so I know how things work. But included in the invoice was the LDW charge.
