BASSEL KTerrible customer service, bad communications. van was not cleaned on the inside and back taillight and turn signal on passenger side did not work. I have rented from Uhaul for many years and this was one of, if not the most, unpleasant, experiences I've had renting Uhaul equipment. (note: I returned the vehicle vacuumed and swept on the inside of cabin and the back interior, left it sparkling compared to what it was when I pickd it up.
