ABDUL AAir pressure check and fix gas gauges
BYUNG LI booked the rental through the online website. When I went to pickup the rental the location services did not work so I had to see the U-Haul rep. They were very helpful however when I returned the truck she had added insurance to my order for $16 even though I had specifically said no to insurance when I did the online request. My total rental was for 1 hour and a total of 9 kms. Why would I need insurance ? Besides I already have insurance through both Rosdstar and my credit card. Terrible that U-Haul would scam customers like this. A $16 charge on a $19 rental. Really.
