Matt RI had to asked for the trailer to be put on- I didn’t want the response
EARL HThe weather made it very difficult to connect up the trailer. The service provider should have at least pulled the trailer out of the snow and ice instead of expecting the customer to do that. The trailer was actually frozen to the ground and I had to call for assistance and wait until someone arrived. The trailer should have been ready to go since the service prover knew it was rented a day in advance.
