The van was absolutely disgusting. It was not cleaned and smelled awful. I have uploaded a photo but it does not let me upload more. On top of that, I was charged a cleaning fee. I have disputed that charge.

I was unclear about how much I would have to do to mobile check in and ended up standing in a snowstorm freezing trying to checkin for over 20 minutes into my reservation and then had to walk around for a while to find the truck on top of that.
Katherine HConvenient location and 24/7 access- that being said it doesn't mean that the app will work. The trucks smelled like smoke but it dissipated a while after- the locks are hard to open and I thought were broken but we were able to open them after about 10 minutes.
