The location is fine; really hard to find parking but not their fault. My issue is that the app does not work reliably and is super slow. I couldn't upload any photos at the start of my reservation. I hate using it
ADAM KIt was horrible to try to find parking during drop off they charge you if you park on a different street, but there is no parking on the street they recommend
Jacqueline CThe front end of the truck was covered in some kind of sauce that blocked part of the passenger side mirror, the seating cabin had not been cleaned prior to our rental, and the driver's side mirror would droop as we drove and had to be manually tilted back into position every fifteen minutes or so. Instructions on where to drop off keys and the vehicle itself are very unclear, and I feel as though I should not have been charged for "after hours service" or however it was phrased on the invoice when my rental began about 20 minutes late due to lack of available staff.
