Rude inept thieves
Jeffrey Myou charge me for a lost key and I never lost my key. You ripped me off $150 and I want it back.
Elizabeth Lthe drop off instructions were unclear. i assumed i would drop off where i picked the van up except my original spot on the street was now taken. there was no further information about what to do in this situation. i could not find anywhere where i was supposed to drop the vehicle off i had to call the uhaul help line and they told me the drop off location was actually somewhere 3-5 blocks away from where i picked the van up. this was incredibly frustrating as i used more miles driving around attempting to find parking. the gas in van was also almost empty when i picked it up which added to the stress. drop off instructions need to be clearer.
Mary-Grace CI had the van from 10 am to 1pm I got to the location at 9:56 nobody was there I had to stand in the ran I did not get the van until 10:33 they are very unprofessional
