It was horrible to try to find parking during drop off they charge you if you park on a different street, but there is no parking on the street they recommend

The front end of the truck was covered in some kind of sauce that blocked part of the passenger side mirror, the seating cabin had not been cleaned prior to our rental, and the driver's side mirror would droop as we drove and had to be manually tilted back into position every fifteen minutes or so. Instructions on where to drop off keys and the vehicle itself are very unclear, and I feel as though I should not have been charged for "after hours service" or however it was phrased on the invoice when my rental began about 20 minutes late due to lack of available staff.

EUDIS HParking is a nightmare and the owner/attendants are pretty much non existent.
Steven Vlittle shack. I showed up 20 minutes early for my reservation. took almost 2 hours to get keys. There was an issue with the phone app and the clerk could not add a new payment method. Rather than help in any way — he continuously took other customers for 20 minutes at a time. TV playing at full volume the whole time. Side view mirror was broken and covered with black tape.
