The "BITCH" and I don't use that word lightly about this rude ass BITCH when I turned in my rental trailer I went in and asked if there was a way to get a receipt showing it had been turned in and she wanted to be rude and hateful things stayed in the office and on the phone. Two different men were polite and all she wanted to do was scream "I'll be with her in a minute".
MELISSA CThe trailer was filthy inside with dog hair, cat hair, dust, and Legos. When asked about it needing cleaned, I was handed a broom and told this one is clean compared to some of the others he'd seen. Then after leaving the shop, I was called and asked to double check the hook up of the trailer because he thinks he forgot to turn the knob to lock into ball of the truck which was not done.
