I found that the online rental was confusing at times. More so by using my phone. I was hesitant to proceed with rental because I was unsure that the full day/extended miles discount was being applied. The information requested made me feel I was applying for a mortgage, but I understand, the equipment is expensive. I never got far along enough to get the lock box combination for a vehicle key. I had to wait until the dealer was open and completed the transaction in person. The equipment was top notch and it all worked out fine at the end of the day. Overall, it is probably easier to make reservations in person if you are not very computer savvy.

It was personal and efficient to book a Uhaul vehicle thru a 'person' as opposed to using an 'app' on a mobile phone. Assistance on telephone calls were very helpful & efficient tho :)
