BILLY WAt 10:30 am the day my trailer was due, I waited in line to check my trailer in. The man that helped me said to drop the trailer where it was and he would get it checked in shortly. It still wasn’t checked in that evening prompting a call from me to U-Haul. I provided a photo of the trailer dropped on time. If I hadn’t called and provided proof, the trailer wasn’t checked in for more than 24 hrs after it was dropped off. I would say to improve the process, do your job.(if a customer waits in line to check a trailer in check the trailer in-don’t make the customer call to prove they brought it back in time)
