Mark was amazing. He helped me with everything he works at the store your self place in Byfield ma 01922 I truly think he gos above and beyond, the Boss should consider giving him a raise like more than just $2.00 an hour. Cause ,I can't even imagine, what I would have done with out his help and setting me up with truck check in. Also calling me back when, asap ,I left message, to check in with me. Thank goodness he did, Cause ,I had to change date due to my situation moving . And I was able to get the truck on the new date .I am so grateful. Thank you for have workers that are that phenomenal with the customers.thank you so much to Mark . 😁😁😁😁😄😄😄

Lois MThe location within the parking lot was incorrect (we found this out after an hour troubleshooting with a customer service rep). We knew we were picking up after hours, but were convinced that the app would make it easy. This experience ran into one problem after another even though we booked it with a person late last week. Your app is deplorable. Thankfully the customer service rep hang in there until we were able to unlock the key. We lost hours of our day dealing with it and left frustrated to tears.

The truck was exceptionally clean and well-maintained—everything worked perfectly, and there were no strange odors, which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other locations.
