Did not get moving blankets which were paid for and never recieved. Location was terrible, traffic was awful. Internet access was not available on my phone.

Amber BAgent tried to be helpful but came across as rude, had a 5:00 pm return time but agent was calling pushing for an earlier return time and when we arrived he was already closed early.
