Some signage would be helpful. The location is in a gas station with nothing saying where to go. After a lady finished buying her snacks and drinks, I asked the clerk where the U-haul office was and it turned out to be just him.

Dan KWhen I arrived the only person working there did not know how to do the U-Haul reservations and I had to wait for 10 - 15 while the worker called his manager as well ass U-Haul support trying to get U-Haul support to check me in. I and the worker at the station were both informed that I as a customer was not to hook up my own trailer. Once my reservation was checked in I was told to got out hook up the trailer myself and drive to the front so he could take a picture. I will not use this location anymore.
