I’ve dropped off equipment 3 times recently and they are never open, which is no big deal to me, I just drop the equipment near other like equipment and check out myself. Most people will find this a bit uneasy and I’ve heard this from local people wanting to rent equipment.

Apparently, Jeffs Fire Works has been given the go ahead from UHAUL to run the business from his living room on a Sunday. When in distress on the side of the road with a flat tire on an EMPTY rental trailer; He (jJeff) would not talk to us on the phone. (His wife answered one time). Still don't know who I was texting... Him or U-Haul? When we returned the trailer with an unfulfilled day because U-Haul failures, we texted him that: A) the trailer was returned and B) How do I get refunded, or a rain check for another day? CRICKETS! Not even the next business day (today) and I don't expect one from him. Hopefully U-Haul has more sympathy than Jeffs Fire works. The Window we had, to do what we needed to do, was ruined because of a lapse of preventative maintenance from U-Haul. Not to mention my $100 bucks.
CAMERON SJeff was more than helpful with taking care of a check-in issue and resolved it quite nicely. He was a good person to work with.
ROBERT PEveryone that I talked with that works at U-haul was the absolute greatest. Nice, helpful, etc. And I had to talk to a lot of people. The equipment that I rented was also great. My problems: At Jeff's fireworks, I got there at about 9:10 am and called a number on the door. No one answered but the message said to check google for store hours which would have been nice if they were posted on the door. Google said they opened at 10:00 but at 10:21 I had to call U-haul corporate and speek to more nice people who got someone at Jeff's fireworks to call me. I then had to check out my trailer over the phone which as you know took a lot of steps.
