Mark RJust wanted to send a shout out to the gentlemen who helped me out @ Car City UHaul in Calabash NC on June 24th. They went above and beyond in helping me figure out how to fix an issue i had with several mistakes that were made by the Charlotte location in attaching a tow dolly with my vehicle to the truck i had. Not only did they see the mistakes that were made, but they helped instruct me on how to get my vehicle off of the dolly w/o doing any damage to the car, and then how to dis-attach the tow dolly. The car was in danger of coming completely loose from the dolly & had i not stopped there and kept going this could of become a dangerous situation. Again kudos to these guys-they really saved my a** that day. Could not say enough Thanks to them for this! Cary R.
