No blankets like I reserved. No one to help load trailer ( per lady taking my money) as a technician walked in here office from the shop. Had to come back the next day to get help hooking it up . Put me 14hrs behind on my month long scheduled move. Trailer needs cleaning badly. Tire blew out in New Mexico, and the Uhaul technician came to change it and noticed that the rear left leaf spring was broken, completely in half and had been. Probably caused the tire to blow. Because of the leaf spring, not allowing The Trailer to have any suspension and the tire blowing articles inside the trailer got beat all up.

My husband got 20 miles down the road and the check engine light came on. The truck was rough idling during stops, during cruising the light would turn off, and turn back on when decelerating. The steering was not aligned, 70 degrees to the left
