I was shocked when the lady told me to go hook up the trailer, drive up to the office so she could check it. Working at my family gas station and largest UHaul dealer at the time, we were responsible for hooking up the trailer. Thankfully I didn’t need one of the old clap on hitches.

I did not interact with anyone as the person closed the office due to a personal issue. This was frustrating and I called Customer Service who helped me through the App's Check-in/Drop-off process. I recognize that unexpected things happen but with the stress of the move, I truly wanted to speak with a person face-to-face when I dropped off the truck. Adding to my uncertainty, I had to wait to Monday to see that the blankets and dolly was checked-in after leaving the dolly in an unlocked truck. Thankfully, all was good. The cynic in me made me wonder if this person indeed had a personal issue the day before Thanksgiving or did they just want to start their holiday a bit earlier. Anyway, the truck was excellent.
