Just wanted to send a shout out to the gentlemen who helped me out @ Car City UHaul in Calabash NC on June 24th. They went above and beyond in helping me figure out how to fix an issue i had with several mistakes that were made by the Charlotte location in attaching a tow dolly with my vehicle to the truck i had. Not only did they see the mistakes that were made, but they helped instruct me on how to get my vehicle off of the dolly w/o doing any damage to the car, and then how to dis-attach the tow dolly. The car was in danger of coming completely loose from the dolly & had i not stopped there and kept going this could of become a dangerous situation. Again kudos to these guys-they really saved my a** that day. Could not say enough Thanks to them for this! Cary R.

Eric HEverything was great, except the passenger side rear tire seemed low. Upon inspection there appeared to be a nail in the tire. I was able to complete my trip without issue after stopping for air. I did inform the person at the drop off location regarding the issue.
