Unit was hooked up speedily. The chains were too tight. The hitch was not tightened enough. All resulted in the trailer disconnecting except for one chain! While the employee was very pleasant, she didn’t know, care, or understand the importance of correctly attaching trailer for safety.

MANUEL RI very much was satisfied with our pick up...the only issue I had was that it was not the original pick up place...We have Uhaul areas and main store right in our city...like a 3 min drive...but we had to drive 10 min out of the city to pick up...not sure why...?
