I very much was satisfied with our pick up...the only issue I had was that it was not the original pick up place...We have Uhaul areas and main store right in our city...like a 3 min drive...but we had to drive 10 min out of the city to pick up...not sure why...?

Joel FThere were cigarette ashes on the console, and the cab smelled of stale cigarettes and smoke. Not the location's fault, necessarily...just wish they would've sprayed some deodorizer in there. Also, I had 12 felt pads on my order, and understood I had purchased them, not "rented" them when I made the reservation. Didn't find that unpleasant fact out until I checked the equipment in. Had to pay for 12 felt blankets at check-in.
Leeman HInclude the dolly when people pay for a dolly (I was still charged for it even after lettingthem know I didn't receive it).
