The people working here had no idea what they were doing. They wasted an hour of our time. We were there at our pick up time ready to drive away and get moving, but we didn't drive away until an hour after our pick up time. They seemed very sketchy and tried to charge us extra money, when my app and my reservation told me a different amount that was due at pick up. I then called U-haul directly as they were pulling us around, and they told me we shouldn't be charged any more as that was for cash payments. We explained this to them and they still tried for a while until we basically went to the computer and watched what they were doing. Horrible pick up location, it shouldn't be part of uhauls locations for anything. To top it off one guy there kept walking away laughing under his breathe, it was super disrespectful.
