The morning lady today (June 30th) was nice, that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars, instead of one. The afternoon lady was super rude and angry for no reason. I never before left a bad review, but have to do it now, because I genuinely don't know how I got into such a negative interaction. The afternoon lady refused to accept the vehicle asking to show confirmation on my phone, I did all of the return vehicle steps and clicked "OK" on the screen, so, the confirmation disappeared from the app and I could not show it. I was told to take the vehicle back and use it until I get a confirmation on phone, was told that if I cannot show that confirmation and simply leave the keys I will be charged for all of the time until I personally come to the location and show the confirmation. All of this was also communicated to me in almost yelling form. I ended up reaching to Uhaul customer support, and was told that I can simply leave the vehicle, leave the keys and go. Tough experience overall, which is sad, because that location is 24 hr and I would have loved to use it again, now, I will have to avoid it at all cost

Took me 30 minutes to get the U Haul. The lady at the desk was nice enough but I don't think she has had proper training regarding this.
Garrett HThe location is made of bunch of thieves and scammers. They charged me full tank worth of $311 even though i returned the truck full of gas to the brim and i have pictures to prove it. I already called your head office and spoke with a very nice representative Courtney who saw my evidence and agreed that what the location did was a heinous and awful. Im waiting on a call from Calgary’s regional manager to resolve the issue. You guys need to be very thankful to the cx representative Courtney because i was going with this to the local news to show them the invoice that i got from that awful horrible scammer location. However, after Courtney saw the picture she initiated a refund. Otherwise, i was going to the local news, leave an extremely unsatisfied rating on google on all Uhaul locations with the invoice that i received from that location and the pictures i took when i parked the Uhaul truck. File a complaint with Alberta’s labour ministry for “malpractice”. Ive been in canada for almost 8 years and ive never been scammed or stolen from like in the daylight. This location needs to be shit down and those people can never rent a Uhaul even again. Do you guys even vet your franchises?! Anyways once i get an apology and my refund back I’ll refrain from leaving a very bad review on google with the pictures of the invoice and mine where it shows the TANK IS FULL and I will not go to the local news and cause you a pr crisis. However, i’ll still file a complaint for malpractice. This is unacceptable and I expect an action on your end.
