I was not informed of the 20 extra fee prior to renting. I returned early. They didnt check anything or provide me with receipt upon leaving the truck / store. I didnt recieve a receipt until the next day. Compared to other stores I have rented from it was not a great experience. She said it was $20 extra because I did not fill out my return online. I would never go back there again.

The truck was filthy. The sun visor was broken. I had to go to another location for a dolly and the mileage cost was absolutely ludicrous. I can’t see using UHaul again. You used to be a great company to work with, but not any more.
