In the future, I would go directly to a U-Haul hub. It was a hassle with no one to do a walk around before and after the rental

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had booked the services 11 days prior to the move and it was scheduled to be picked up at 6:00am come to find out there was no key and file prepared, end up getting the key by 8:00am after a lot of struggle using the online chat which did not help and finally got a resolution using the phone option to the customer services.
alexandre SWas charged for utility doll. But the rental came without the utility doll.
Hyeongu LTerrible service at this location. The manager does not understand personal space, she doesn’t listen, and she was forceful when trying to communicate while talking over me. Furthermore, the rental truck and equipment as booked. I included a dolly in my order which was not available upon pick up. The truck had a quarter tank upon pick up which added to the hassle of my move. The location of the pick up is filthy and you have to be prepared to step over drug addicts and people loitering/smoking just to get to the truck. The daily charge for this truck was more than other locations, and the fuel surcharge for exorbitant.
Courtland Sone of the back tires was flat, the app didn't work when I dropped off the vehicle and the location charged me for gas when I had put gas in the vehicle before returning it
