The guy who was there informed me after arriving he could not help get trailer on hitch due to heart condition so I had to leave and go find someone to help so instead of picking up at 9 I didn’t pick up tell noon then had to deal with the tire leaking air and having to put air in the tire multiple times. I returned the h it the next day (instead of 2 days as originally booked) due to the tire and being inconvenienced with that when I dropped it off I was still charged the second day even though it was there prior to noon the guy said it’s based on 24 hour cycle which I didn’t even pick it up and get out of there tell noon the day before due to the uhaul employee. The location was dirty and hard to find no communication with employee I would never recommend that location and due to the condition of the tire and trailer would not recommend uhaul to anyone

Melvin MLocation is not ideal, it is on a long dirt road and in the middle of nowhere. I was also overcharged for KM and the owner of this franchise won't answer my calls.
