U-Haul basically OK. It works and is helpful. I use U-Haul fairly often and try to keep away from this location. It is a very convenient location but everytime I rent here there is always something. Like yesterday I took the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. I took a picture. I had the vehicle for around 20 miles, filled the truck, at the rental location. Which appears to be a rental condition. Showed them the picture of the tank over 1/4 but they wanted me to back the truck out and put in another litre or 2. Crazy. They are crazy, it is always something like this just aggravating customer for nothing. I understand a small business has tight margins, I run a small business but playing this stupidity only drives customers awayBruce J.
No one from Uhaul came out to inspect the trailer therefore a cursory inspection was done by the driver, Ryan Brownlee. When we arrived at our destination with the trailer and started to load it i noticed that the one tire was flat. Had to unload, go get air in the tire and go back to destination to start loading again. When it was reported it to the Uhaul representative he did not want to have anything to do with it and hung up. He was very unprofessional and not courteous at all. I didn't believe receiving almost $400 bill to expensive for truck rental. The truck we rent consumed gas a lot very old truck not worth it at all. Please refund me at least half of it.Mohammad F.

The product was disappointing. I rented 6ft wide open trailer with the ramp. I needed 6ft width to bring my garden tractor. The entrance of the trailer was less than the 6ft, which was disappointing. What is the point of 6ft width if the entrance is smaller than that??? Uhaul should discontinue this product and bring a better product to achieve 6ft width. I wish they reimburse my money.Asad N.

The guy is charging me 9.69 for fuel which I have even not used. I only used 15 miles (as per receipt issued to me) and I put in $10 gas just before leaving truck from gas station which is less than a kilometer away from location. I have a fuel receipt with me The guy keeps hanging up on me. This is extremely rude and not ethical at allASIM H.

I dont know why they keep charging me over what we agreed. The customer service said 49cents for every km and my bill is showing 59cents. I dont think this is right and this is not the first time. I need someone to call me and rectify this immediately 4039035574. ThanksChristopher I.
Your online reservation system is lousy. It reserved a trailer for me at a location that doesn't ever have them. I went to Symons Valley location after first going to the reservation location. Added an extra half hour to the process.DAVID T.
Never ever go to these people and location. My pickup time was 10 am, so reached at 9:50 and saw 4 people waiting, one guy since 8 am. No one turns ip till then 10:20 am and that too just to give a truck to guy waiting since 8 am. All others asked to wait till the actual guy has to come. I called the owner complaining about us waiting in cold wind and dust, as is my right as a customer. The owner tells me that he has zero tolerance for â€œfightingâ€ and asks me and others to be patient...also mumbles about covid and difficult times without any context to this lack of service. He also claims that they called customers and told they would be late, but none of us who were waiting there received calls. He said the person is late because he is giving some exam. He even asked me to provide my credit card details on phone to expedite delivery when the guy arrives. I had already given these details during online checkin and refused to provide it again on phone. At 10:50 am, a boy , probably owner's son, arrived and was totally non apologetic. Finally I get the truck at 11 am and was already late for my commitments. No change in return process....when I came back to return at 1:30, again no one in office and about 6 people waiting to return or pick up. The owner asked us on phone to drop contract and key in box. The contract said they will charge 20$ for this â€œconvenienceâ€, after calling the owner, he said he will not charge. I wrote all the details ( odometer reading, fuel gauge and the fact that service was very poor) and dropped in the box. One lady waiting to pick up truck was told to â€œhave a coffeeâ€ and wait till the person arrives. I wonder how U-haul give or allows such people to operate these services. I will certainly never go to this place again and strongly urge other customers to stop using them. They have no concept of customer service and are extremely arrogant instead of being apologetic. I would use other service providers instead of U-haul....it is no longer same as it used to be. The trucks are unclean, no sanitizers in the truck ( and the owner was talking about covid).....stay away from u-haul and definitely these people and location.Atul Dinkar D.

Van was filthy wham picked up. The attendant wasn't even in the office when I arrived. I was told to be there at 1:15 and when I arrived there was another customer waiting outside who had been there for almost an hour. It took the employee another 15 minutes to arrive.
