Customer Service department needs to communicate any changes in drop off location to local business faster. When I arrived they said they didn't really have room for the trailer but took it anyway.
Mike DOverall experience was very good. Service representative was very friendly and helpful. Location was very handy to far NE area and had the equipment I required. The only suggestion I would make involves the location lookup on the main company website. When searching locations with the trailer I needed, this location did not show when searching Calgary. This is a major issue, as this would have added over an hour of travel and gas for me on pickup and drop off days having to go to a location in another quadrant. Once I found this location, it was only a 10 minute drive to pick up. Please fix the website search function.
