Rental was great except for trailer hitch was laid across another trailer hitch in the snow and was extremely difficult to access for lifting which resulted in me hurting my leg. I won't be renting from this location again.

Brad CThe guy was extremely unhelpful and knowledgeable. He tried to rent me a trailer that had a broken right signal wire on the trailer and then a broken right signal wire on the extender of the four pin. I tried explaining to him multiple times and even showed it to him multiple times and he’s like oh well here just change the extension and like dude didn’t have a fricking clue what I was talking about so I ended up having to move one of your cute bands on my own Detached the trailer on my own hook up and drive away with it all on my own then he power called me like 12 times today because the car got locked onto the trailer. The transmission locked up and we couldn’t get it off and then I was on my way. Told him I’d be there in 1015 minutes and I parked it outside by the other trailers, and then the guy is giving me grief and calling me, threatening me and leaving harassing messages
