The unit was filthy. The steering wheel was sticky and the rest of the interior was dirty. That said, the main complaint was the greasy black stuff on the deck of the cargo area. We noticed it right about the time we dragged a mattress out! I pointed all this out to your agent and their response was oh, ok. Add on top of all of that the Byzantine journey experienced on your website when booking in the first place….. It would be very hard for me to convince myself you have any interest whatsoever in offering a good customer experience. You guys asked a thousand questions all of which were designed to protect UHaul while providing absolute no protection, service, care or concern for your customers.
