Truck was parked in dirt/mud. Truck needs good maintenance - it squeezed constantly and was difficult to get into park. Needs one step-up added to all U-haul trucks to make it easier for women entering and exiting trucks. Trucks were parked in a muddy location and tires all had muddy circles on the outside of the tires. Pretty foreign lady at the register was continually rude when picking up and returning truck - will choose another location for any future pick ups in Calhoun although the store location was most convenient.

I don't believe I'd change anything
Juanita FFox the chain and ratchet strap. Couldn't even use it. Always ise. Uhaul and. Never had this issue before.
PIERCE WI had to go through mud holes to get the equipment. It was a dirt lot was full of pot holes and muddy. They had system issues and it took a lot longer than it should have.
