The person that gave me the keys did not know the check in procedure. After I left I got a call to come back to the location. I was on a deadline with what I needed moved so I did everything over the phone. Then I went to return it at a location closer to my home. The girl there did not know how to do a return. She said I could leave the key and she would call her boss to complete the transaction. After I left she called and said if I left it there i would be charged additional bc I needed to return it to the same location where I picked it up. This entire rental has been a hassle.
