Bobby S.I made my reservation online and when I got to the u-haul store she tried to tell me I have to keep the u-haul overnight. I tried to explain I was leaving to Michigan in my car in 6 hours. This is the same thing she did over a year ago when I had rented a uhaul she told me I couldn't bring it back till tomorrow and I had Already had the u-haul for 2 days. I had to leave the u-haul store and call the 1 800 customer service to fix things. Not fixed yet got there and there's 2 different prices I was told one price on the phone and when I got to the u-haul store I received another price. i had 2 men at 20 an hour standing around for 45 minutes because uhaul cant deliver my contracted time or price. Last year I had 3 guys at 20 an hour standing around for 5 hours. Always should expect problems and delays. Dont rent uhajls from Calico Rock Arkansas Uhaul because she tries to force customers into keeping the trucks overnight regardless of the customers needs.
