Truck I rented was blocked in and no one was available to help until 1.5 hours after pickup. Truck had also not been cleaned out and did not have the equipment we ordered. We had to drive the truck an extra 5km to pick one up from a family member. Rental location was able to eventually give us a different truck but it had no dolly and had wet and dirty furniture pads inside. By the time we got the truck rental we had missed out elevator window at the apartment so we were not able to start the move until 4 hours after schedule. Won’t use this location again.

Dont forget the accessories, we rented a dolly and it was not in the truck but we didnt end up needing it.
