This place honestly doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating, but that was the only option available to leave a review. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars. I’m posting this mainly to warn others to stay away. I strongly recommend avoiding this third-party rental location. The van I rented was in very poor condition and was leaking, which ended up damaging some of my property. The vehicle itself appeared very run down and poorly maintained. There was no staff available on site when I arrived. The doors were locked, and the only way to access the vehicle was by calling a number where someone provided a lock code to retrieve the keys from a box. At one point, another customer who was also picking up a van and was on the phone with the person in charge (Muhammad) ended up handing me the key to the van I had rented. The van and the parking lot were also covered in snow, making the whole pickup experience feel disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt extremely poorly managed and far below the level of service I would expect from a rental provider. I’m leaving this review so others are aware before booking here. The vans engine was so run down that you will end up paying for gas through the roof! Also there was no windshield fluid. Driving on 401 with dirty windshield during winter was dangerous. Please stay away from this 3rd party shady business.
