No one was there for pick up, the truck was dishusting, we had to clean the back before starting. We ordered dollys blankets and a push dolly, none of which were in the truck. We also picked it up with less then a 1/4 tank of gas

TERRY HBooked the location specifically because advertised business hours. Only available through phone. Appliance dolly was important to us and was included in the booking. They cancelled without informing.
JOBY GMake sure someone is there. No one around, called the haul number, and I then hooked up , took pictures and then used trailer and did the same when returning. No 9ne was around at all.
