1. If you are going to switch booked customer from one location to another, you should make sure the location is a reputable one. 2. Have people present at the location, not "text this number if you're here for U-Haul", and have the customer open two lockboxes to find key for assigned unit 3.. Ensure trucks are NOT DISGUSTING! Having people present to check trucks in and out, would also help ensure the trucks are not full of flies and magots and filthy soiled floor! I spent $30 and an hour cleaning the truck before I could put any of my belongings in it! It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any kind of rental, and worst ever for U-Haul. If this would have been my first time renting from U-Haul, I can 100% guarantee I would NEVER rent from your company again after this - but if you can see my U-Haul rental history, you'll see this was not my first time. Absolutely horrible, truck was completely disgusting and filthy. There was a dolly I didn't ask for too, which took up space I needed! I I actually will be calling to inquire about a complete refund, and expect a partial one at minimum after this!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location is very unprofessional and has terrible service. When I picked up the reserved truck the back of it was dirty and I had to sweep it out as well the fuel level was not accurate. According to the paperwork there was to be a quarter tank and it was just above the empty line. I returned the truck after 6 hours of use and I had reserved the truck for 48 hours I also used half the estimated kilometers. 2 business days later I have yet to receive a call back or any communication as to my return of the vehicle or about my refund. Online the hours of operation say they are open on Saturdays however when I went to the office on Saturday they were not open. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this UhAul store as well as the entire uhaul company. I reached out to UhAul directly and 2 business days later have not received any communication from them as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

J LTrailer and truck was so nasty, greasy and dirty. While booking this truck I asked for moving dollys to be added but nothing was provided later, I have booked uhaul several times in past but honestly never had this bad experience, even their customer service. Overall worst experience I ever had.
Tamana AI ordered the truck and where I would be dropping it off. It was expensive. But when I dropped it off, I was over 14 km and had to pay almost $16 for that. That was very frustrating to me because I had already paid well over $500 for the rental overnight
