I arrived to a dirty truck and it did not have the dolly that I desperately needed to move that day. They forgot to mention that this location does not carry equipment, but never told me. They wanted me to drive an hour round-trip to go get one from a neighbouring city. We decided to try and just move without it. As we were on a time crunch. The person representing this location was not very helpful. I felt like they just didn’t care at all.
