ANNIE PI reserved a 10 ft truck. I show up to rent and was told that they did not have a 10 ft truck--this after my original reservation for a van could not be honored. I was given a 20 ft truck for the price of a 10 ft truck. It took a whole lot of gas that I would not have had to pay if was given the 10 ft truck. I drove in a terrible rain storm and the wipers were horrible--I don't know if they have EVER been replaced. It was also a pain to find a place to park a 20 ft truck vs. a 10 ft truck. I feel like I should be compensated for the extra gas I had to purchase along with the fact the wiper blades were horrible. UHaul is better than this!
