Very friendly and helpful staff. They call me days ahead to confirm the drop off location and times and the process. I called minutes before I was almost there and the lady was already outside waiting to receive the equipment. Very helpful and knowledgeable she help me try to print out the contracts that I was supposed to get when I got the truck. I could only emailed the photos of the contracts so she went out of her way to crop the photos to be able to print them out. Overall very great experience will definitely will be going back.

DAVID SThe truck was in new shape and we had no problems with it however the moving company we hired along with it was horrible and damaged some of my property and are now trying to deny doing so. Not to mention them both smelling of alcohol. Jerry moving out of Raleigh.
