WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL WE RETURNED THE UHAUL.THE STAFF IS AMAZING.
Charlotte CI went to pick up the vehicle and the process was done online. I made the payment and gave all my information, but when they gave me the code to open the key box, the system didn't give me any code. I had to call customer service to get help obtaining the code so I could use the vehicle.
YAMID RDrop off was very different from pick up. I had to disconnect and place the trailer myself. The person at the counter never left the desk. Did not come and inspect the trailer even though I said there was a problem with the electrical wiring on the way back.
