This location is fine. The app was difficult. The location would not pick up my location even though I was at the correct spot. I rented for two days but I got a message saying they needed it back by 8 am Sunday. I rented a dolly and moving blankets. They were not in the truck when I picked it up. I called acusyomer service and the best thing they could do is call that location when they open. Thankfully it was a local move. I had to send someone to pick the dolly and blankets up, 3 hours after I picked up the truck.

CARLOS GBe sure to take pictures of everything before you leave. My estimate invoice stated the truck had a full tank, so I had to return it with a full tank. It only had 3/4 of a tank after I had only driven 5 miles. I forgot to look and take a picture before I left since I was in a rush and it was raining. So not only did I have to pay for the extra miles over my estimate, but I also had to pay $30 for 10 gallons of gas to fill the tank back up after only going on a 20 mile round-trip. Still, I can't blame the staff because I should've taken a picture and noted the discrepancy beforehand. So remember to check, take pictures, and dispute any discrepancies before you drive away. Otherwise, you'll be stuck paying over $100 total for what should be a $80 rental like I had to. However, the staff, the truck, and everything else was absolutely great and I appreciate the service so much! It really helped me through a jam! 😊
