Disappointed that we could not return unused boxes at this location for refund which is what is stated on the boxes. Staff was professional.
THOMAS BFelt a little uncomfortable dropping a trailer in their public parking lot. I would have thought they would provided a gate code to drop the trailers in a more secure location. However, the facility was in a remote location without a lot of traffic, so I’m sure everything was okay.
