A new staff member in training seems likely to also make this the best choice for rental; although not directly involved, her interest and concern were clear. A younger staff member also simply and courteously delivered help beyond what was required.

The van I used is getting a little long in the tooth. It had 152K miles and about 100 little black "x" stickers. The window seal on the passenger window is wonky and whistles on the highway.

Howard MI had reserved truck, and dolly weeks prior. Two days before my pick up i get a called saying that the dolly wasn't available at this location. Other location was significantly further away. As I had planned everything in advance as my time was limited for the cross country moved. I would had expected Uhaul to arrange the transportation of the dolly, but instead I was left to change pick up location with was in unconvinced. Up on receiving the truck, we notice the inside was dirty, with a strong odor, and full of dog hair. The cargo compartment was full of water.
