John BRich, who runs operations at this site offers superior service: extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind. A new staff member in training seems likely to also make this the best choice for rental; although not directly involved, her interest and concern were clear. A younger staff member also simply and courteously delivered help beyond what was required.
LOUIS TThe van I used is getting a little long in the tooth. It had 152K miles and about 100 little black "x" stickers. The window seal on the passenger window is wonky and whistles on the highway.
