The process to rent uhaul took over an hour. I was told I could just come in to fill out information. I was quoted 29.99 for the day plus $.99/mile. I drove it a total of 17 miles. There were 3 charges on my credit card for approximately $180. I called the pick up location they couldn’t help me, I called uhaul, they called back and said I owed over $90. I’m still waiting for a call back- too much time being wasted for something that should be very simple

George HCharged far more than advertised. Truck was filthy. Online check in doesn't work well at all, took more than an hour. Air Conditioning doesn't work in truck. Will never use UHaul again.
