I dropped the truck off after hours and I day early, they called asking when I was going to return the truck. I told them it’s parked there since last night and the key were in the drop box. Does no one check these things?

Computer kept going down at the office at that office. Had to call the 800. #
David BThey were friendly and professional here. We were however disappointed because we had originally arranged a different pick up location near our home and it was changed. Also, the estimated cost was much different than the actual. We should have been made aware of all the extra rental fees/ taxes that were added.
