The vehicle was rather dirty with donut crumbs all over the console.

COLLEEN XThe prices are ABSURD for the quality. It took 30 minutes for me to get the truck after already filling out my information online. The truck was dirty and had dust/dirty in the driver and passenger area. I rented the U-Haul for 4 hours for a total of 30 miles. They are trying to rob people for mileage at $1.40/mile! On top of that I was still required to fill the tank. I tried to call TWICE to speak with an associate and no one answers the phone. This was my first and most likely my last experience EVER using U-Haul.
