The U-Haul employee was very knowledgeable and friendly. The truck worked out really well except that it was a hot day and the AC wasn’t working.

The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She made the process simple and quick. the whole thing took probably 10 minutes from the time i walked in the door till i drove away in the rental van.
AARON JEverything about the experience was fine. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The truck was clean and everything worked. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT I HAD TO FILL THE TRUCK UP TO THE FUEL LEVEL THAT IT WAS ON WHEN I PICKED UP. IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I WAS ALSO CHARGED A FUEL USAGE CHARGE FOR THE FUEL I USED. THAT IS DOUBLE DIPPING IF YOU ASK ME.
JEFFREY MThe U-Haul experience was very good. The location was perfect since it was right at my storage unit. The truck drove very well with great stability. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, although it was time consuming. Overall, I had a great experience with U-Haul.
