Only complaint is the truck was returned with twice the amount of gas than it had when we picked it up but we did not receive a credit for that.

TIFFANY MI would not recommend this location because it’s not why I asked to pick up the U-Haul from. I was not told that I would be picking it up from another location until I got there. U-Haul’s communication sucks to put it bluntly . Change my pick up location and tried to change my drop off location. I had four people waiting to load and I am paying for them to wait for 30 minutes. I have. A choice to using another company I will do it next time.
Ken MTrailer was not maintained. Tie down straps were frayed and damaged. One tire on the trailer had a nail in the tire and tread was worn down to wear bar.
