First off the U-Haul was not did not have any gas second off the whole experience was horrible the U-Haul broke down in front of my home it took four hours to come and remove this from out of my home which made me very upset what was supposed to be a normal U-Haul rental turned into a disaster I was overcharged in my experience was not the best I've never had a problem with the U-Haul chicken deli on test they have really good service but this particular time I was not very happy with the services I received and the overcharged that I got

really nice people at counter
CARL BThey were so nice even told me about the botton
wallace BTrash from the previous user was left in the truck cab, otherwise the "equipment" would have been rated clean. Information on adding additional driver needs to be more clear. The app check in process works but can be somewhat difficult the first time. Uhaul help phone number should be more conspicuously displayed instead of having to do google search for it.
