When I returned my truck I gave the I formation that the truck was leaking rain water inside the cabin . I told him mattress and several TVS were damaged by the water. Nothing was done about it
Victoria BDolley was not strapped to the wall which presented a safety issue when I opened the door to load my couch the dolley almost hit me in my face. Also the app would not let me return the equipment I had to call.
Jetta FI revered a truck for 10am when I got there staff was standing outside waiting to get let in was a whole hr late getting the truck
searra GThis location overcharged me ,did not inform me I had to take a picture of the truck mileage. The paperwork does not match and the agent has a horrible attitude about giving a detailed explanation. I will never use this location again,and I will dispute the charges.
