I returned my truck 4 hours before it was supposed to be dropped off. Due to poor cell service I couldn't complete the automated return process on the website. I had to chat with customer support and give them the details and pictures I took, along with the time I returned the truck. The agent said she would notate all of that, and the location would process my drop off the next day, and I was assured I wouldn't be charged for another day. Surprise surprise… I checked my email and I had a receipt for an extra day. Seems like this location just ignored everything causing me to be charged an extra $40
