The staffs at this location were excellent. They knew that they're doing. But I need to complain the worst part was I received phone call from Customer service the night before at 7:14 pm her name is Gabby. She said I couldn't pick up the truck at 6am due to the office forgot to put the key in the box to do mobile pick up. She said I had to be there at 9 am instead.so much confusion. I contacted direct to the office myself. The key for the truck was in the box staff put it in the night before.
