John RThe app failed, it would not allow me to upload the photos when picking up the truck. Aside from the negative experience, utilize U-Haul app. The attendant at the location was more than helpful, very accommodating and allow the entire transaction to start and end with absolute ease. The only thing I didn’t mention to the attendant is that the brakes need to be looked at. Because every stop I would come to a stop. The entire truck would rattle.
