Was one guy at the entrance very nice and helpful, he told us where to park and then a nice lady come out to make sure everything went well and if we needed anything else, she was very friendly and polite. She told me the name of her and the other lady, but I’m sorry I don’t remember, I think she said Kelly and someone else but was a long day Sorry girls. But I love the way she approaches me.

Too much charged. It came out less than the stated amount. They took more than necessary.
Tomiris AThe owner was so kind and understanding! His partner/ brother cleaned out the truck himself! They promised not to charge me. They even offered a bit of a discount but I didn't get that. It's ok. They were so nice.
EVA LThe representative "helped" with taking the pictures on my phone, but it felt rushed that I was not able to completely look over the rental truck. When I drove the truck to my storage unit, I could not open the back door because there was a lock on it. So I called the office to try to get the code, but no answer. I called again and left a message. Their VM stated another phone number, so I left a message on that number as well. I didn't want to drive back if nobody was going to be at the office, so I was just waiting for a phone call back. Since I did not get a call back, I went to several places nearby to try to get the lock cut off (the storage unit office, but they were closed; Enterprise car rental next door that had a couple U-haul trucks; the Home Depot who rents out moving trucks; then eventually to a closer U-haul rental facility), but nobody could help me. At Home Depot they suggested I buy my own bolt cutter, but I did not want to have to buy one as I am a very petite female. When I went to the closer U-haul facility and said they would need someone to come by to take off the lock, so I suggested if I could just get another truck in exchange, but their one-way rentals are limited and had none available to give me. The U-haul facility gave me a different phone number to call. I spoke to a nice lady who happen to be from a different U-haul facility that tried to get a hold of the person who rented the truck to me. She also could not get a hold of anyone, therefore suggested I not drive back to the original rental facility. When she was able to get a hold of someone, she said they weren't even at the facility anyways. So, I asked if that rental facility rep could just meet me at my storage unit instead of us both driving back to meet at the original facility. He said he wouldn't do that and wanted me to drive all the way back to the original facility. I asked if he could just give me the code to open the lock and we finally got the lock open. I asked for my trouble of waiting for over 2 hours trying to get the situation resolved if he could refund some of my money back. He said he would allow me to keep the $20 lock. What a joke! I told him I didn't want the lock and I wanted a discount. He suggested only 10% which would have equated to a little over $20 too. I told him I would like more than 10%. He said he would try to ask his regional manager, but I still have not received a response after a week. Then when I went to drop off the truck, I told that rep of the whole situation of the hassle I went through. When he entered some info onto his computer, he said that I would owe more money because I went over the mileage for a one-way trip and said the gas was not filled up to the same amount.. It was the same amount, but the rep who gave me the rental and took the pics of the truck started clicking through all the contract which included the amount of gas in the truck. At least this rep was nice enough to cover that extra costs. It should be covered considering I wasted gas and mileage driving around to get that damn lock off.
Jennifer VThe man who was present to receive the trailer was rude, didn't give me a receipt nor tell me it would be emailed to me, asked me if I had a pen and paper and was irritated I didn't have one in my truck. He found a pen and paper and had me write my name on the paper. I'm not sure why he wanted me to do this. I've rented many trucks and trailers from uhaul and this has never happened. The man was rude, called me names and yelled at me several times that he'd better never see me again. He was continuing to yell while we drove off the property. His behavior was erratic and out of character for someone working in customer service. I'm a Psychologist and he appears to have either mental issues or was on drugs.
