This location is so much more convenient to for me, and the service was great. I had reservations upon seeing the small and cramped location, but the service was impeccable.

This U-Haul site charged me a late fee of $59.10. When in fact I returned the trailer 2 days early. Phone calls to them go to a full mailbox. When I dropped off the trailer, I asked if there is any paperwork. They said no. That I’m good to go. That seemed strange. U-Haul should investigate this specific U-Haul retailer. And I want my $59.10 back.

NEIL WU haul was the worst part of my out of state move. I’m not going to document all of it. I will never use u haul again. Terrible service and horrible communication. You can find my full review on Yelp and Google when I have recovered from this move.
Tanuray MI know each U-haul lot location is different however, this location in Carmichael, CA, was unsatisfactory. The owner or manager was 5 minutes late arriving/opening up the tire and auto repair business, and especially impacted my moving day, putting me way behind schedule.
